A classic massage that is calming and balancing in nature to ease stress & promote relaxation. Melt into the table with long, gliding strokes using gentle to firm pressure to increase circulation, ease muscular tension, reduce inflammation, and lengthen muscle fibers. Each session includes thermotherapy (thermal therapy using hot towels, heat pack, & heated table) to soothe muscles & joints.
Designed to confront and re-pattern tense muscle fibers using slow, methodical pressure stripping layer by layer to the deeper, structural muscles along the skeletal frame. Deep tissue aims to relieve severe tension held in the muscles and connective tissues. *Not recommended for your first massage, acute injuries, or anyone with osteoporosis.
*Depending on the client, deep tissue can be intense and at times painful. Not offered for first time clients - As a practitioner it's best to familiarize myself with how your body reacts to firm pressure and understand current joint mobility, range of motion, injury/medical history & athletic training schedules if applicable.
Modality used to increase flexibility, improve performance, prevent injuries, help build endurance, and reduce recovery time. Medium to firm pressure over the entire posterior chain & locally along the anterior limbs. Includes cupping, PNF stretching (proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) & trigger point release therapy.
Structural Integration typically involves a series of ten 60 minute Sports Massage sessions, each focusing on one specific area of the body at a time. These sessions progressively address different layers of fascia, muscles & tissues to achieve overall structural improvement.

Manual lymphatic drainage is a a gentle massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, which is a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, waste, and other unwanted materials. This system includes lymph nodes and lymphatic vessels that transport lymph, a fluid containing white blood cells, throughout the body. Each session includes a kit to take home with a dry brush, jade gua sha stone & facial/full body lymphatic flow chart for home care in between session
This massage helps move lymph fluid from the tissues in the face to the lymph nodes in the neck, where it may be processed. Excellent option to de-puff, help drain excess fluid, and promote a radiant complexion.
A practice of applying pressure to the correlating reflex points on the feet to help correct energetic flow throughout the body. There are different parts of the hands, feet, face and scalp that correlate with different "zones" of the body (organs primarily, but there are a few other energetic zones as well.) The body is divided into 12 meridian lines from the central line outwards, and each organ resides in a specific zone mapped out on the bottom of the foot.
Choice of scalp, feet, hands, or face
Traditionally performed on a floor mat with the client fully clothed. Protocol utilizes the therapist's hands, feet, elbows, and knees to apply pressure and move the client's body into stretches and yoga-like poses that promote greater mobility, flexibility, energetic balance, and well being. Recommended for those who enjoy facilitated stretching
By applying light touch a practitioner can help release restrictions in the craniosacral system (the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord). This therapy aims to improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which can reduce pain, enhance mobility, and alleviate stress. Craniosacral therapy is often used to address headaches, chronic pain, and stress-related issues, providing a calming and restorative experience.
Using gentle yet effective acupressure tools, we stimulate key points along the scalp to encourage relaxation, improve circulation, and rejuvenate the senses. As tension melts away, you’ll experience a soothing relief from built-up stress and a refreshing boost of energy.
