Energy healing is a technique rooted in the beliefs of ancient forms of medicine like ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in which a practitioner channels healing energy to support the recipient's body and mind. This is meant to restore energy balance and improve health. Each practitioner has their own style & approach to the energetic transfer, I strongly support the idea of "take what resonates, leave what doesn't." Any of my energetic modalities can be combined with a series of other massage & body work sessions. *DISCLAIMER* Energy work does not substitute for any legal, psychiatric, or physical health advice.
